The site runs on WordPress with hosting managed by 10Web. When you visit, the infrastructure may process technical data needed to deliver and protect pages, such as your IP address, access date and time, browser, and security logs. These data are used for operation and security; retention depends on the service configuration and security needs.
On the main pages, contact links open your email application. If you write to us, we receive the information you choose to include, such as your name, email address, organization, inquiry, and attachments. We use it to respond, assess a potential business relationship, and continue communications related to your request.
Some accessible older pages include an Elementor contact form. If you use it, you provide your first name, last name, email address, telephone number, and message so Jukash can respond. The form uses WordPress, Elementor, and the site’s email service to process the submission. To ask how long a specific inquiry is kept or request its deletion, write to the address above.
The main pages do not load analytics or advertising tools. Older pages use WordPress and Elementor components; the external map is described below.
We use browser local storage to remember whether you accepted, rejected, or customized optional analytics. The key is jukash_consent_v3; it stores the notice version and your choice. It does not contain your name or email address. See our Cookie Policy for categories and ways to change your choice.
We do not currently activate optional analytics or advertising tools through the notice. You may accept or reject these categories; either choice lets you browse. If we introduce new tools or purposes, we will ask again. You can change your choice through “Cookie preferences” on the main pages or the visible link on older pages. WordPress and the hosting service may use technical cookies or logs needed for operation, security, and administration, for example when signing in to a WordPress account. These functions do not depend on accepting optional categories.
Some older pages offer a Google map. It does not load automatically: if you choose “Cargar mapa externo” (Load external map), your browser connects to Google and may transmit technical data such as your IP address. That choice is separate from accepting or rejecting optional categories in the notice.
Jukash uses 10Web for hosting and email providers to answer inquiries. These services may process information from infrastructure outside Argentina. Information is shared as needed to operate the site or answer an inquiry, and where required by law. You can request information about the provider involved in your case by writing to our privacy contact.
Inquiries are retained for the time needed to respond and manage the resulting relationship, subject to applicable recordkeeping obligations. Technical logs are kept according to operational and security needs and hosting configuration. You may request information about or deletion of your data through the contact above.
You may request information, access, correction, updating, or deletion of your personal data by writing to info@jukashgroup.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding. You may also contact Argentina’s Agency for Access to Public Information, the authority responsible for Law 25,326, where appropriate.
Administrative access is protected with credentials and additional authentication, and the website is delivered over HTTPS. These measures aim to reduce unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
